Also, attorney Michael Coard, discusses the alarming case of Phila Police Sergeant Robert Ralston, who lied to police and said he was shot by "a Black man wearing cornrows" -- when the truth was -- he shot himself. Yet, no charges have been filed against Ralston and this continues a national pattern of inventing "Black men" who commit crimes and lead to a media circus - and often the liars go largely unpunished.
